Refund policy
Hi, it’s Sharon! I want you to be absolutely ecstatic about your sea glass jewelry purchase. That’s why I’ve got your back, in the odd circumstance that your new piece doesn’t meet expectations.
I offer easy returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order’s shipment. You can return your jewelry for a different item or a refund to the original payment method. All I ask is that you pay for the return shipping expenses, along with the 15% restocking fee.
- Custom pieces are not eligible for return or refund. This includes any altered, made-to-order jewelry, often arranged privately via email or private message. Please understand, these pieces require extra time and attention, and are not resalable!
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
-Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- To qualify for an exchange or refund, you must notify Sharon within 14 days of receiving your package (via email, call or private message).
- Your return package must be received by Sharon within 30 days of original shipping date to qualify for exchanges or refunds.
- Customers are responsible for postal/shipping fees on return/exchange items.
- Please return your item in its original packaging, as best as possible
- All refunds will be received within 5-10 business days of your confirmation.
- Upon receipt of your returned package, your exchange can take up to 10 business days to be delivered. This includes the time needed to process your return, plus make and ship your new piece. Delivery dates will be longer for international/non-continental-US shipments.
