Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Hi, it’s Sharon! I want you to be absolutely ecstatic about your sea glass jewelry purchase. That’s why I’ve got your back, in the odd circumstance that your new piece doesn’t meet expectations.
I offer easy returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order’s shipment. You can return your jewelry for a different item or a refund to the original payment method. All I ask is that you pay for the return shipping expenses!

Please note the following exceptions to my return and exchange policy:
- Custom pieces are not eligible for return or refund. This includes any altered, made-to-order jewelry, often arranged privately via email or private message. Please understand, these pieces require extra time and attention, and are not resellable!
- A $20 restocking fee will apply for any wrap bracelets returned due to sizing issues. This applies to leather wraps or simple leather bracelets that were ordered too small. Please note, wrap bracelets can be shortened, but to expand the piece I will need to make it over from scratch. Please double-check your wrist size and - when in doubt - always order slightly larger.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To issue a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please scroll down to fill out my special return form.
- Enter your name, email address, and the particular item you would like to return or exchange.
- Indicate a reason for return by selecting from the list of options.
- Please wait for me to confirm your return or exchange. I will respond to your request via email within 48 business hours.
- Once your request has been confirmed, please send your items to the following address: 4 Park St. Apt 6, Newburyport, MA 01950. I may send additional return instructions via email or private message.
Additional Information:
- To qualify for an exchange or refund, you must notify Sharon within 14 days of receiving your package (via email, call or private message).
- Your return package must be received by Sharon within 30 days of original shipping date to qualify for exchanges or refunds.
- Customers are responsible for postal/shipping fees on return/exchange items.
- Please return your item in its original packaging, as best as possible
- All refunds will be received within 5-10 business days of your confirmation.
- Upon receipt of your returned package, your exchange can take up to 10 business days to be delivered. This includes the time needed to process your return, plus make and ship your new piece. Delivery dates will be longer for international/non-continental-US shipments.
